Missu's new Mod

Missu has an unmatched kendama skill and style. We've been lucky enough to spend many trips together over the years with her in both Canada and Japan, and we're excited for Missu to now have her very own shape!

There were no limits with this batch- we told each pro to go crazy with the wood designs, and so Missu incorporated maple, bubinga, and zebrano, with a white ash tama to top it all off. Featuring a whole new colourway for her tama, and packaged in a custom printed carrying bag, this is a kendama that is sure to stand out in any collection. 

The Nemus shape was designed by Missu, it was inspired by the balanced form of the Aurum, but focuses on Missu's style of stall tricks. A slightly larger tama (6.25cm), and thicker stall points hone this shape in for technical balances and stalls. Missu wants this new mod to reflect her own evolution, growth, and change - both in kendama and in life.
