Chitchats is a service that allows us to access better shipping rates and services, they receive shipments from us, and then pass them along to USPS, for the final delivery to you.Orders can be expected to arrive within ~3-5 business days once shipped.

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking through ChitChats/USPS.

We fulfill orders from out Vancouver workshop, using ChitChats (USPS Asendia) and Canada Post shipping services. Chitchats is a service that allows us to access better shipping rates and services. They receive shipments from us, and then pass them along to USPS Asendia. Once the shipment arrives in your country, it will be passed to your local postal service for the final delivery to you.

International orders shipped via Asendia usually arrive within 5-25 business days (location dependant). Tracking is included.

International orders shipped via Canada Post - Tracked Packet usually arrive within 5-15 business days (location dependant). Tracking is included.

International orders shipped via Canada Post - Small Packet Air Mail usually arrive within 5-25 business days (location dependant). Tracking is NOT included. 

All orders will receive an email confirmation from us once they have been shipped, with any available tracking information included.

We offer a 10% discount to any customers that pay using Bitcoin (BTC). There is no discount code for this one: once you complete checkout we'll get in touch through email for payment, and will apply the discount at that time. Yeap! We're big fans of Bitcoin, and have been accepting it as payment for many years. We offer a 10% discount to customers that pay via BTC, just select 'Bitcoin' during checkout, and we'll follow up with an email that includes payment information (the discount will be manually applied at this time). Lightning Network payments also accepted!

(We have plans to build out a store that integrates BTCPayServer for automated invoicing, but in the meantime are happy to manually process your order)

We ship all orders from our Vancouver workshop, so you can rest assured that your kendama is being packed up by someone who cares, not just a random fulfilment warehouse worker!
